- A minimum of 45 days advance reservation and full pre-payment is required, subject to availability.

- Guests must book on a bed & breakfast basis only. This rate is applicable on a bed and breakfast basis only.
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge and applicable bed/ government tax.
- Service included cannot be exchanged to any other service or cash.
- Timely airport transfers can be arranged if the flight details are received 24 hrs in advance.
